The cosmetics industry often sends influencers PR packages to sell makeup, skincare, and anti-aging products. Unfortunately, the influenced are oftentimes young children who have no real need for the products being sold to them. So Polly Pocket decided to send influencers some “anti-aging” products of her own.

Although the first Polly Pocket was born out of an empty makeup compact, our goal is to help ‘Sephora Kids’ stop obsessing over unnecessary cosmetics and instead embrace the most effective anti-aging fix there is: play!

At the Polly Pop-Up, instead of finding their perfect foundation match, kids find their perfect Polly match. And they can snap a few photos with friends too!

We wanted to pay homage to Polly’s origins (while still focusing on play) by creating the Make Your Own Polly Challenge, in which participants build worlds for their Polly Pockets using empty cosmetic packaging.
